The Team at Daulton is led by Managing Director Mike Daulton who commenced in construction during the mid 70s as Personnel Manager with John Laing International Ltd. This involved working visits to the Middle East as well as recruiting for the UK and other overseas areas. He subsequently joined Baxter Fell International which became part of Tarmac Construction and here Mike was involved in recruiting more than 3000 individuals over the duration of the project. This was a particularly exciting period as it included the biggest recruitment programme since the Falkland Islands Airport.
